We are hiring a Residential children's care person at North Star Children's Homes who is seeking loads of training, support and amazing career growth prospects as soon as they are ready to be promoted.

Our teams provide stable, nurturing homes where young people feel safe, supported and able to build brighter, happier, better futures. We're now looking for a calm, caring person to join us in one of our homes in Leatherhead, Ascot or Winkfield in Surrey and Berkshire.
What we offer:
- Up to £20 per hour, plus £60 per sleep-in
- Permanent contract, 40 hours per week
- 240 hours of annual leave
- Lots of ongoing training combined with a clear, rapid pathway of career progression with amazing salary growth
What you'll bring:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or above (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience supporting children or young people (preferred but not mandatory)
- A calm, caring, kind mentality and a deep commitment to helping children transition to a better, happier life (mandatory).
