Experienced Support Worker / SEN Specialist Nanny required in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.
Part-time hours available to care for a 6-year-old boy who has cerebral palsy and additional needs. The support worker will assist with all personal care, nutritional, medical, and leisure needs.
This role would suit applicants with prior experience in support roles with children, specialist nanny roles, school-based TA roles, and paediatric healthcare assistant roles. Experience in working with children is essential.
Applicants must have a full clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle as the client’s location is not accessible by public transport.
Hours:
- Part-time positions are currently available to cover the following shift times:
- 06:30 to 09:30 (paid for four hours) weekdays
- 15:00 to 20:00 weekdays
- Additional hours will be available during school holidays and occasional Sundays.
Rates of Pay:
- £17.68 per hour for weekday day shift
- £19.76 per hour for weekend day shift
- Morning weekday shifts paid as four hours for a three-hour shift
- £26.52 per hour for a Bank Holiday shift
Two excellent references and an enhanced DBS check will be pursued.
