North Star 265 is seeking an outstanding SENDCo to lead strategic SEND development in a specialist setting. The role moves beyond case management to drive a whole-school approach, proactively identifying needs and delivering culture change to support every child with ambition and care.
You will lead SEND across the provision, co-produce IEPs with families, and deliver high-quality SEND CPD, while ensuring compliance with standards and multi-agency collaboration.
