North Somerset Council is seeking a Deputy Manager for the Family Connections Children’s Home in Weston-super-Mare. You will lead a dedicated residential team, ensure high-quality, child-centred care and support families within the Edge of Care model.
You will also oversee safeguarding, care planning, regulatory compliance and on-call duties, with some evenings and weekends. NVQ Level 4+ or equivalent and substantial residential childcare experience are essential.
