An outstanding career opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager to lead our Estates and Health & Safety teams to drive excellence across our diverse estate and create outstanding environments for teaching, learning and community engagement.

  • Confident overseeing statutory compliance and ensuring safe, well-maintained facilities
  • Skilled in communicating with stakeholders and interpreting complex estates and legal documentation

  • Practical, organised and solutions focused in resolving daily operational challenges

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for a broad range of services including maintenance, caretaking, contracted-out facilities management, as well as opportunities for involvement in cross college initiatives. This role offers significant opportunity to influence College operations and contribute to continuous improvement.
