The Opportunity
As the senior executive responsible for all Bermuda operations, you will oversee the performance, growth, and strategic alignment of multiple business units while leading a team of experienced leaders across healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, property management, finance, HR, marketing, and technology.
Reporting directly to the Chairman & Group CEO, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, financial performance, organizational growth, and a culture of accountability and innovation.

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior executive leadership role.
- Demonstrated accountability for full P&L management.
- Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary organizations.
- Proven success managing multiple business units simultaneously.
- Strong commercial, operational, and financial acumen.
