We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individual who wishes to progress and develop. It is essential that the candidate will already be qualified to a Level 5 Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in administrative processes, can produce letters and write reports whilst using a high level of ICT packages.
The individual must have the ability to multi-task and manage a number of conflicting priorities. Experience of working in an administrative position and managing HR casework is essential.
The role will entail working closely with the HR Team, shadowing the Executive Director of HR, Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisors; regular travel will be required. You will be building effective working relationships with the employees in the trust including senior leaders and supporting them to secure positive outcomes for our students and putting students at the heart of all decision making.
