North Sedgemoor PCN is recruiting a permanent Clinical Pharmacist (independent prescriber) to work across our practices within the Clinical Hub.

You will lead medicines optimisation, deliver long-term condition management reviews, and provide clinical leadership on prescribing.

The role also encompasses care homes, MDT meetings, and audits, with opportunities for development and supervision of junior staff.

Travel across Burnham on Sea, Highbridge and surrounding areas is expected.
