Location: Frome, Somerset (with frequent travel)

We design, build and operate specialist equipment for the offshore construction industry. Our projects are never the same and take us all over the world. Our technology is unique and continuously evolving as we strive to ensure that we provide the best service in the market.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our small, dynamic team based in Frome, Somerset. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical or engineering background who is eager to develop a career in technical sales.

You will initially work closely with the Managing Director, supporting ongoing sales activities while learning our products, technology, and market in depth. Over time, you will transition into a leading role, taking ownership of sales and building strong client relationships.

  • Support the Managing Director in all aspects of the sales process
  • Travel regularly to meet customers, attend site visits, and represent the business
  • Gradually take the lead on sales opportunities and customer accounts

Requirements:

  • Degree or background in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow into a senior sales role
  • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
