About the Company
We’re partnered with a fast-growing technology and change consultancy that delivers expert individuals and project teams into the Insurance and Financial Services sector. They’re known for their high standards, long-term client partnerships and supportive, high-performing culture. With continued growth on the horizon, they’re looking for two Senior Recruiters to join their delivery team and play a key role in sourcing top talent across critical technology and change programmes.
The Role
This isn’t a back-office sourcing role - it’s a chance to make a real impact, working side by side with Account Managers and Consultants on live client mandates. You’ll:
- Own candidate delivery across tech & change roles - from search to placement
- Use a variety of tools (in-house database, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV boards, adverts & referrals) to find the very best talent
- Engage candidates across multiple channels - phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and more
- Interview and assess candidates to ensure a strong match to client requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - keeping candidates engaged and informed from first call to offer
- Support and sometimes deputise for Account Managers - setting up interviews, collecting feedback, even liaising directly with clients
- Work autonomously towards KPIs and targets, with the freedom to manage your desk
- Mentor junior colleagues and help build capability across the team
What We’re Looking For
- A background in recruitment delivery, ideally within technology and change
- Experience of hiring contractors (a strong advantage)
- Confident sourcing skills and the ability to build strong candidate networks
- Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
- A collaborative, positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
What’s On Offer
- OTE c.£60k+ with a genuinely market-leading delivery commission scheme
- Regular company incentives and trips for high performers
- Clear, transparent career progression from senior delivery through to account management or client-facing roles
- Hybrid working (just 1 day in the South East office every two weeks)
- A supportive, open and positive culture where success is celebrated
This is a chance to step into a Consultancy that’s scaling fast, values delivery excellence and rewards its people properly. We’re hiring two Senior Recruiters right now - if you’re ambitious, love candidate delivery, and want to see your career accelerate, we’d love to hear from you.
