You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders while leading the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of AI solutions, from proof of concept through to production deployment.
  • Advise C-suite and board-level stakeholders on AI strategy, adoption, and governance.
  • Design AI roadmaps and identify high-value use cases across client organisations.
  • Support enterprise-wide AI enablement, operating model design, and governance frameworks.
  • Mentor consultants and technical specialists while helping shape the growth of the AI practice.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior audiences.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • AI strategy and transformation roadmaps
  • Conversational and agentic AI solutions
  • Voice AI applications and customer experiences
  • Predictive analytics and intelligent decision-support systems
  • Enterprise AI governance and operating models
  • Future-of-work initiatives focused on human and AI collaboration
  • Cloud-based AI platforms and modern data ecosystems

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in consulting, technology, data, AI, or digital transformation.
  • Ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders and lead strategic discussions.
  • Strong understanding of modern technology environments, including cloud platforms, CI/CD, and application architecture.
  • Experience delivering AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation programmes.
  • Hands-on technical curiosity and a passion for emerging AI technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building and scaling a growing practice.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.

Why Join?

  • Opportunity to join a rapidly growing AI practice with significant investment and momentum.
  • Clear progression path toward Principal Consultant or Client Director-level roles.
  • High levels of ownership, autonomy, and visibility.
  • Work directly with senior decision-makers on transformative AI programmes.
  • Collaborative, ambitious, and entrepreneurial culture.
  • Hybrid working with opportunities to travel and support a diverse portfolio of clients.
