North Scout are currently partnering with a highly successful cloud consulting organisation who are looking to expand their engineering team through an increase in project work through building a reputation for delivering complex cloud programmes to a high standard.

They currently looking for several Lead Engineers to take leading roles across architecture, design and delivery. You will be responsible for driving high delivery standards, leading a team of 6-8 engineers where you will guide and influence decisions.

Although our client operate on a remote‑first basis, they pride themselves on their collaborative environment that promotes not just organisational, but also individual growth.

What we are looking for :

• Strong experience and understanding of AWS environments
• Engineers who have proven experience working agnostically across multiple programming languages. Versatility in programming languages is essential for the projects you would be working on.
• Familiarity working with Terraform, Cloud Formation and Kubernetes
• Expert internal and external communication skills.
• Experience with, or the desire to lead and develop junior engineers.

For these positions, our client is looking to offer up to £90,000 as a base salary, as well as a strong benefits package that included stock options, private healthcare and more!
