We’re working with a fast-growing challenger consultancy delivering software, data & AI, platform engineering and digital product solutions to clients across financial services, private equity, insurance, fintech, maritime and alternative investments. They specialise in fixed‑price, outcome-based programmes and partner with ambitious organisations to modernise, innovate and accelerate high‑impact technology initiatives.
They’re looking for a Growth Consultant to help build new relationships, uncover opportunities and create high‑value commercial conversations with senior technology stakeholders. This is a consultative, relationship‑led role that blends outreach, insight, and early‑stage client engagement to support the continued growth of the consultancy.
What you’ll be doing...
- Identify and engage senior technology and commercial stakeholders across financial services, fintech, payments, insurance, private equity and related markets.
- Drive targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone and the wider sales tech stack (Clay, Salesforce, Gong etc.).
- Craft personalised messaging and value‑led propositions.
- Secure discovery calls and early‑stage meetings for Client Partners and commercial leaders.
- Support growth of existing accounts by identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with named accounts, sharing insight, case studies and content to stay front‑of‑mind.
- Research industries, accounts and market shifts to identify movers, opportunities and developing demand.
- Map organisations, stakeholder groups and buying structures.
- Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date CRM pipeline, logging conversations, follow‑ups and qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with consultants, Engagement Managers and commercial leaders to hand over and nurture opportunities.
- Contribute to refining messaging and outreach strategy as the growth function evolves.
