What you’ll be doing...

  • Own delivery across one or more client programmes, ensuring they’re on time, on budget and achieving the agreed outcomes.
  • Be the main point of contact for client stakeholders, from delivery teams to senior sponsors.
  • Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies and commercial aspects of fixed-price projects.
  • Work closely with software, data & AI, and cybersecurity teams to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships and spot opportunities for follow-on work.
  • Support account growth by helping shape new initiatives and working with leadership on proposals.
  • Contribute to improving delivery and engagement practices as the consultancy continues to grow.

Who we’re looking for...

  • Experience in a Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager, or hybrid role in a consultancy or professional services setting.
  • A proven track record of delivering technology or business change programmes.
  • Comfortable combining delivery rigour with client engagement and commercial discussions.
  • Experience with fixed-price and outcome-based projects.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex client environments.
  • Knowledge of software, data & AI, or cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience with clients in financial services, banking, fintech, energy, utilities or similar.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, and commercially aware.
