About the Role
As the Global Planning Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our international production and supply chain strategy. You’ll be responsible for optimizing production schedules, ensuring seamless international logistics, and leading a team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Production Scheduling
- Develop and manage production schedules across global manufacturing sites to meet demand and optimize resources
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to align capacity, lead times, and inventory
International Supply Chain Management
- Oversee global supply chain operations, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and timely product delivery
- Partner with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to streamline international shipments
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use Microsoft Dynamics D365 and other tools to analyze data, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights
- Identify and implement improvements in production and supply chain workflows
Compliance & Best Practices
- Stay current with international trade laws and import/export compliance
- Implement best-in-class practices for scheduling and supply chain optimization
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of planners and schedulers, driving performance and development
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and improvement-driven team culture
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
- 5+ years in production scheduling and international supply chain management
- Proven success in manufacturing distribution scheduling
- Deep understanding of international trade agreements and compliance
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics D365
- FileMaker development experience is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
