What we are looking for:
Youwill demonstrate excellent standards in teaching and learning, having workedwith SEN pupils for at least 2 years. You Will have strong knowledge of theEnglish curriculum and know how to lead all departments in providing excellentEnglish teaching to their classes as non-specialist teachers. You will beproactive in driving the English curriculum to ensure it continues to meet theneeds of all learners and matches any developments from the DFE.
Youwill be an excellent role model to colleagues across the school and demonstratestrong attendance and punctuality.
