The Role
As the Letting Portfolio Manager, you’ll be the critical link between our completions and lettings teams, ensuring seamless property transitions and helping to optimize returns for clients. Based in a dynamic environment, this role offers the unique opportunity to define a key position in a company that values ambition, collaboration, and results.
Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy: Provide data-driven rental valuations and pricing strategies to maximize investor returns.
- Market Insights: Deliver forecasts and market insights to guide investor decisions.
- Negotiation Expertise: Negotiate rental offers and agreements that align with landlord objectives and market trends.
- Marketing Oversight: Develop and implement targeted campaigns to attract high-quality tenants for new builds.
- Team Collaboration: Act as the primary contact between completions and lettings teams, ensuring seamless property handovers and efficient workflows.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on local rental trends and competitor pricing to refine valuation models.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients and investors, offering personalized guidance and support.
