We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager with a minimum of 2 years management experience to lead our lettings team and oversee the full lettings process across our residential portfolio. This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance with UK lettings legislation, and delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the lettings team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Oversee the full lettings cycle, from marketing and viewings through to move-in
  • Ensure full compliance with UK lettings legislation and best practice, including Renters Rights Act, Right to Rent, AML, and deposit protection
  • Monitor property listings, marketing strategies, and applicant pipelines

Proven two years minimum experience as a Lettings Manager in the UK.

Full UK driving licence.

Attractive salary with commission/bonus structure.
