About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager with a minimum of 2 years management experience to lead our lettings team and oversee the full lettings process across our residential portfolio. This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance with UK lettings legislation, and delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the lettings team to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee the full lettings cycle, from marketing and viewings through to move-in.
  • Ensure full compliance with UK lettings legislation and best practice, including Renters Rights Act, Right to Rent, AML, and deposit protection.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and third-party suppliers.
  • Conduct rental valuations and advise landlords on pricing and market conditions.
  • Monitor property listings, marketing strategies, and applicant pipelines.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven two years minimum experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator in the UK.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage a high-performing team with attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Target-driven with excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach.

Qualifications (Desirable)

  • ARLA Propertymark qualification or working towards.
  • Full UK driving licence.
