About the Role
As an Investment Sales Consultant at North Property Group, you’ll operate in a consultative, phone-based advisory environment, working with investors to identify suitable property opportunities aligned to their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Higher commission for self-generated leads
- Clear incentives for repeat business and client referrals
- Additional commission opportunities on premium units, incentives, and development-specific features
- Managing and developing long-term client relationships
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Commission calculated on full purchase price
This structure is designed to reward consistency, ownership of client relationships, and long-term performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months’ proven experience in off-plan or high-volume new-build property sales
Required Skills:
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience working in target-driven roles
- Passion for property investment, financial markets, and property development trends
- Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to manage objections and setbacks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Realistic OTE: £110,000+
