About the Role
As an Investment Director at North Property Group, you’ll operate in a professional, phone-based sales environment where results are rewarded fairly and transparently.
Responsibilities
- Higher commission for self-generated leads
- Clear incentives for repeat business and client referrals
- Additional commission opportunities on premium units, incentives, and development-specific features
- Commission calculated on full purchase price
This structure is designed to reward consistency, ownership of client relationships, and long-term performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months’ proven experience in off-plan or high-volume new-build property sales
