Letting Agent/Negotiator

The Lettings Negotiator will play a pivotal role in managing the rental process for prospective tenants while supporting landlords in securing high-quality occupants. Engage with prospective tenants, conducting property viewings and providing expert guidance throughout the rental process. Ensure all tenancy agreements adhere to current legal and regulatory requirements, including right-to-rent checks and due diligence. Support in the coordination of marketing efforts, assisting with property listings, photography, and online promotions to attract potential tenants. Work closely with the sales and property management teams to ensure a seamless transition between tenancies. Understanding of the lettings market and industry regulations. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with property management software and digital marketing tools is a plus. Previous experience in a lettings negotiator role or a sales/customer-facing environment is desirable but not essential. Strong IT skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
