Reporting To: Head of Operational Assurance

Location: Office based with travel to sites as required. Office locations include Glasgow, Camberley, Newcastle, North Wales.

Role Summary: The Continuous Improvement Partner supports teams across the business to identify, lead and embed improvement initiatives. The role focuses on operational excellence, problem solving and cultural change, working closely with the Quality team to ensure alignment with the Integrated Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22301)
  • Manage policies, procedures, work instructions and document control
  • Identify and manage continuous improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate structured problem solving (e.g. PPS, 8D)
  • Lead end‑to‑end improvement initiatives
  • Support operational and project teams with change implementation
  • Monitor sustainability and effectiveness of improvements
  • Promote continuous improvement culture and awareness
  • Support training and engagement activities

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Practical problem‑solving mindset
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally
