The successful candidate will inherit a large portfolio of existing customers and take ownership of retention, renewals and account growth, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the investment industry.
The Role
- Managing a large portfolio of existing B2B customers throughout their lifecycle
- Driving customer retention, renewals, upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Building long term relationships with senior stakeholders across the investment community
- Identifying commercial opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Working closely with Product and Leadership to provide customer insight and influence future product development
- Helping build and shape a high performing post sales function within a growing business
About You
- 2 to 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS Account Management
- A strong track record of owning renewals, retention and account growth
- Experience managing a high volume portfolio of customers
- Experience working with Financial Services, FinTech, Investment Data or Alternative Data clients would be highly advantageous
- Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar to improve productivity
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders

- £80,000 to £100,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission with an OTE of £125,000 to £150,000
