An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a profitable, fast growing AI SaaS business as its first Senior Account Manager. This is a pivotal hire, offering the chance to shape the future of the customer function while working closely with the founders as the business continues to scale.

The successful candidate will inherit a large portfolio of existing customers and take ownership of retention, renewals and account growth, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the investment industry.

The Role

  • Managing a large portfolio of existing B2B customers throughout their lifecycle
  • Driving customer retention, renewals, upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Building long term relationships with senior stakeholders across the investment community
  • Identifying commercial opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Working closely with Product and Leadership to provide customer insight and influence future product development
  • Helping build and shape a high performing post sales function within a growing business

About You

  • You'll ideally have 2 to 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS Account Management
  • A strong track record of owning renewals, retention and account growth
  • Experience managing a high volume portfolio of customers
  • Experience working with Financial Services, FinTech, Investment Data or Alternative Data clients would be highly advantageous
  • Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar to improve productivity
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders

  • £80,000 to £100,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission with an OTE of £125,000 to £150,000
