North Oxfordshire Academy is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and proactive Cleaner to help keep our school safe, welcoming and well‑presented for every member of our community. About the Role
We are seeking someone who can ensure our learning environment is clean, hygienic, and ready for students and staff each day. This is a term‑time‑only role, working Monday 5:30am – 9:30am, Tuesday - Friday, 5:30am – 8:30am.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across classrooms, corridors and shared spaces
- Work efficiently and independently with strong attention to detail
- Follow cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
- Support the wider site team to ensure the school runs smoothly
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
