North Oxford Garage is seeking an ambitious Trainee Business Manager to join our team and develop through a structured 12-month training programme, supported by the prestigious BMW Training Academy.

The Opportunity

  • You will learn how to deliver confident, transparent finance and insurance solutions while providing an exceptional BMW customer experience.
  • Working alongside experienced Sales and Business Managers, you will gain in-depth knowledge of BMW Financial Services and regulated finance processes, building the foundations for a successful career in automotive management.
