About the Role
As a Motorrad Parts Advisor Apprentice, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both retail customers and our busy workshop. You'll learn how to source, supply, and manage genuine BMW Motorrad parts and accessories, while developing the professional skills needed for a long-term career within the BMW Retailer Network. This apprenticeship provides a blend of hands-on dealership experience and structured training through the BMW Group Academy, leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting customers and technicians with accurate parts identification and supply
- Learning how to manage stock levels, orders, and inventory systems
- Developing detailed product knowledge of BMW Motorrad parts and accessories
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service—both face-to-face and over the phone
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth workflow within the Aftersales department
