BMW Service Advisor in Oxford

Basic Salary : £30,320pa

OTE Bonus : £10,000pa

Additional pay : Saturday hours (1 in 3 rota) paid on top

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in the motor industry? North Oxford Garage is looking for a professional and enthusiastic BMW Service Advisor to join our friendly team.

As a Service Advisor, you\’ll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop. You\’ll provide expert advice on vehicle care, manage service bookings, and ensure every customer enjoys the premium BMW experience from start to finish.

What you\’ll do :

• Welcome customers and manage their service or repair bookings
• Provide accurate estimates and keep customers updated throughout the process
• Liaise with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint

What we\’re looking for :

• Previous experience in a customer-facing automotive or service role (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
• Confidence working as part of a busy, high-performing team
