Your role
Your leadership will ensure customers enjoy positive, memorable experiences every time they visit our site or interact with your sales team. Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, you\βll take an active role in every aspect of sales negotiations, including part exchange valuations, special discounts and discussions surrounding the full range of finance and insurance solutions as well as coach and mentor the Sales Executives.
Your profile
A highly effective motivator, you will already have proven leadership and performance management experience in the automotive industry and a track record of developing others.
You\βll have a strong customer focus, alongside proven business acumen, problem-solving abilities and relationship building skills.
