North of Normal is a specialist sports creative and production agency delivering campaigns and content internationally. We work on projects ranging from €25k to €300k+, and we are looking for well-connected people who can open doors for us in the UK.
This is a commission-only arrangement with no retainer, no salary and no operational involvement. You make introductions to decision-makers you already have relationships with. We handle everything from there.
What it looks like in practice:
- You connect us with brands, clubs, sponsors or agencies in your network
- We take care of the pitch, delivery and client relationship
- You earn commission on every project that closes
