My client is a Chartered Financial Planner and has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator. The role will be varied and you will work closely with the Director, in providing a first-class service to their clients. Should you wish to work towards taking CII qualifications then this can be supported.
Main responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients and handling queries
- Working closely with the Director
- Working closely with the Company’s Network, ensuring that all practices and procedures are implemented and followed effectively
- Utilising the IT systems to their fullest in order to achieve the best client outcomes (Intelliflo / Intelligent Office)
- Preparing Suitability Reports from templates
- Processing new business and ensuring smooth and timely completion
- Ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to
- Quotations and Valuations
The Ideal Person:
- Wealth Management Administration experience
- Intelliflo / Intelligent Office / FE Analytics experience
- IT literate (Microsoft Office etc)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare accurate Suitability Reports
- Able to work independently, efficiently & accurately and to use own initiative
- Good time management skills with the ability to manage own workflow
