My client is a multi award winning, national and they have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced administrator to help to deliver their Client Services Proposition by providing a high-quality administration and support service to high-net-worth clients and Partners.

This allows the Partners to focus on the client relationship and developing relationships with new clients.

Job Summary

Reporting directly to a Senior Client Experience Executive, the role holder will work in support of one or more Client Experience Executives, to assist them in the providing admin support to a number of Partners.

Requirements

Essential

  • Previous experience working in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong track record developing and maintaining good working relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. ·
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to embrace change
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
  • Commitment to pass basic financial industry exam within 3 months of employment (internal exam)

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a financial administration role
  • Good knowledge of pensions and investments
  • Previous experience of Intelligent office

Main responsibilities of the role

  • To have a thorough understanding of the advice process, client file requirements and the regulatory requirements imposed by the FCA and deliver against these agreed service standards.
  • To follow Company processes to deliver what clients and Partners perceive to be a personalized and high-quality service.
  • Prepare personalized client packs for Partners prior to client meetings, in accordance with agreed format and SLAs.
  • Complete post review meeting work and evidence of review
  • Contact providers to obtain valuations and up to date plan information.
  • Input all information into our back-office system (Intelligent Office) to the required data quality standard.
  • Enter client details onto application forms for the Client Experience Executive to process.
  • Provide regular updates to Client Experience Executives to enable them to keep clients and Partners updated.
  • Provide general day-to-day admin support to allocated Client Experience
  • Process submissions using our submissions checklist
  • Provide cover for reception team as and when required.
  • Provide support with incoming and outgoing post as required.
  • To participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence and development initiatives.
  • In line with Company service excellence program, the role holder will be expected to always provide exceptional client service.

They will be required to keep up to date with all relevant organisational training and best practice to enable this standard to be met.
