We are currently recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator with at least 2 years’ experience to join the team of a highly successful wealth management company in Leicester. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administering a portfolio of SIPP, SSAS and personal clients. You will be working with a team of Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in assisting advisers in the proactive management of clients’ financial affairs.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
- Have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Possess an understanding of financial services and SSAS/SIPP pension schemes
- Have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Be able to proactively manage client affairs in a prompt and efficient manner
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing at all levels
- Have an organised approach with the ability to prioritise workload and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment

The role is fundamental to the company’s success, and as a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Other responsibilities may include:
- Working closely with the consultants to support and ensure clients’ needs are met
- Preparation work for client meetings (including coordination of work required by other team members where applicable)
- Attending clients’ meetings, taking of meeting notes (on/off site)
- Coordinating action points from meetings and completing work required
- Responsible for communication with clients (phone calls/emails etc.)
- Researching and collation of information in relation to advice being given to clients
- Liaising with insurance companies on client queries
- Requesting illustrations required in respect of new and existing business
- Processing of new business and ensuring any administration work completed is compliant and completed within the procedures and policies
- Updating client records and ensuring that the systems, electronic folders and paper files are in good order
- Participation in projects which may require your assistance from time to time
