My client is a well-established wealth management firm, and they are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years experience in financial services administration who is confident managing client documentation, liaising with providers, and supporting advisers with more technical aspects of financial planning.

  • Welcoming clients into the office and preparing meeting rooms and refreshments
  • Scanning, organising, and uploading documents to CRM systems
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and handling correspondence
  • Processing letters of authority and organising policy documentation
  • Producing financial planning reports, including: Defaqto risk reports
  • Preparing annual review documentation, including: Fund performance and analysis
  • Assisting with business submissions and simple online applications

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a financial services administration role
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and documentation
  • Experience using CRM systems and financial planning tools
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Salary: £28,000 to £36,000 depending on experience
