Financial Services Administrator
Leicester (our Ref AL1424) β office based, full-time role
Salary up to Β£26,000 dep on experience + benefits
My client is an established IFA based in Leicester and they have an exciting new opportunity for an individual to join their administrative team. Ideally you will have experience within Financial Services or Banking, although consideration may be given to individuals with strong administrative skills from other professional office environments.
The role:
Provide administrative support to fellow staff members and clients
Taking calls and providing a high level of customer service
Open and distribute the post
Processing documentation and updating IT systems
Assist with processing new business
Responding to telephone calls and correspondence
Updating and maintaining computerised client records
Handle complaints in accordance with FCA guidelines
Ensure all business activity is FCA compliant
Conduct learning, development and training as needed
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients and colleagues
Prioritise workload
Skills and Experience:
Previous administrative experience, ideally within financial services or banking
Attention to detail
IT literate
Good organisational skills
Confident communicator
Conscientious approach to tasks
Experience of using Intelliflo (IO) and Platforms will be a distinct advantage
