North Northamptonshire Council's SEND Information, Advice and Support Service (SEND IASS) seeks a proactive Triage & Administration Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for families, young people and professionals, handling enquiries with empathy, confidentiality and efficiency.
You will triage enquiries, coordinate referrals, support financial and administrative processes, organise meetings, and help grow the service website and social media presence, while delivering excellent service.
