Job Overview
We are searching for enthusiastic people to help us support frail vulnerable adults with their individual Reablement journeys to enable them to regain their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support frail vulnerable adults who have been discharged from hospital back into their own homes.
- Assist clients with daily living needs and help them to achieve their goals.
- Work across North Northamptonshire with a rotating shift pattern of 07:00‑15:00, alternating weekends.
- Maintain case records and use the department electronic record system.
- Collaborate with health services and senior staff to respond to emergency situations in the community.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Physically fit and generally good health.
- Flexible, compassionate, honest, and able to act with integrity and dignity.
- Any caring experience is desirable but not required; full support and training provided.
- Working hours & Location
Shift Pattern: 07:00 – 15:00 hrs. Alternating weekends.
4 week rolling rota averaging 22 hours per week.
Unit Base: Haylock House, Kettering, NN15 6EY.
