Job Overview

We are searching for enthusiastic people to help us support frail vulnerable adults with their individual Reablement journeys to enable them to regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support frail vulnerable adults who have been discharged from hospital back into their own homes.
  • Assist clients with daily living needs and help them to achieve their goals.
  • Work across North Northamptonshire with a rotating shift pattern of 07:00‑15:00, alternating weekends.
  • Maintain case records and use the department electronic record system.
  • Collaborate with health services and senior staff to respond to emergency situations in the community.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Physically fit and generally good health.
  • Flexible, compassionate, honest, and able to act with integrity and dignity.
  • Any caring experience is desirable but not required; full support and training provided.
  • Working hours & Location

Shift Pattern: 07:00 – 15:00 hrs. Alternating weekends.

4 week rolling rota averaging 22 hours per week.

Unit Base: Haylock House, Kettering, NN15 6EY.
