As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be an essential part of the team, working on a variety of tasks from carpentry to plumbing and tiling. You will operate across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship is delivered efficiently and safely., * Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and plastering tasks

Complete work to a high standard, adhering to all safety guidelines

Operate independently and manage time effectively across multiple job sites

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently

Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues

Use company-provided van to travel to and from sites and work
What will you be doing?
-
Completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within empty and occupied homes such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, bricklaying and decorating to a high standard and in line with Council standards and specification whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work

Maintaining appropriate van stock and ensuring orders are placed with in-house stores team and comply with the specifications.

Use initiative to complete tasks where appropriate.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi Trade Operative with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently. You will have:

Proven experience in multiple trade disciplines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
A polite and approachable manner.
-
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

A valid UK driving license.
-
A ‘can-do’ attitude and self-motivation.

Qualified to an NVQ level 2 in at least 1 core trade or by at least 2 year’s on-site experience.

Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous.
