North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a customer-focused Neighbourhood Housing Officer to deliver high-quality housing management services across the borough. You will be the first point of contact for residents, handling tenancy matters, income recovery, estate management, and anti-social behaviour with a view to sustaining tenancies and improving engagement.
In this role you will work within the Housing Management Team, building strong relationships with tenants and partners.
