As a Community Enablement Worker within the LIVE team you will be supporting adults with complex disabilities work towards, and achieve their Learning, Independence, Volunteering and Employment goals. LIVE is an enabling service. We encourage and support positive risk taking.
As a CEW you will work with our customers to create vocational profiles and development plans, focussed on goals and ambitions. Raising ambition and challenging fears, stereotypes and myths will be an important part of your role. You will be based at a LIVE site as well as within the community, and onsite with employers. We believe everybody can work and achieve with the right support. Our CEW team are key to understanding what support needs to look like and how we can best deliver to meet the needs of our customers.
