An opportunity has arisen within the Sheltered Housing Team to undertake the role of Cleaner. This is a part-time position, based in our Kettering schemes. The position is for 30 hours per week, working Monday to Friday; however, some flexibility will be expected to assist with holiday and sickness cover.

You will be expected to cover various schemes throughout the Kettering and neighbouring area, so the ability to travel is essential. You will be responsible for the cleaning standards in our sheltered housing schemes. Experience in general housekeeping/cleaning work in a similar environment would be an advantage; however, full training will be provided.

The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills. Whilst a good understanding of health and safety standards and COSHH is desirable, more important is your outgoing, friendly approach and passion for providing a high-quality service to our tenants. The ability to travel between sites and work on your own initiative is essential.
