The successful candidate will have proven experience of supporting managers, employees and trade unions at all levels, interpreting and implementing new legislation, developing policies and procedures, and providing practical advice across a broad range of health and safety matters. You will be confident undertaking audits, inspections, accident investigations and compliance reviews, using findings to drive continuous improvement and support organisational objectives. You will possess excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to challenge constructively, deliver training and presentations, facilitate workshops, and translate complex legislation into clear and practical guidance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
