We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our Complaints Adult Social Care Team as a Business Support Officer (BSO). This is a vital role that provides key administrative support to a busy and dynamic team delivering essential services within the community.

As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the team. You will be the primary administrative support within the team and will play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate data in internal databases
  • Managing and updating a shared inbox
  • Taking minutes during meetings and distributing documentation accordingly
