About The Role
North Northamptonshire Council is recruiting an experienced Business Support Officer to support the Approved Mental Health Professionals within the Emergency Duty Team.
Your main duties include supporting the AMHP team, managing a busy duty desk with internal and external customers/agencies, safeguarding people\’s rights via Protection of Property with AMHPs or other social care professionals, and handling other business support tasks such as invoices, letters, and collating statistics.
We seek someone who can work independently, possesses relationship-building skills, is a natural team player, customer-focused, and passionate about achieving results in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, flexible, proactive, and adaptable. The AMHP team is a well-established, supportive team, currently based in North Northants, providing services to North and West Northamptonshire Councils.
Awareness and understanding of Mental Health is advantageous.
