We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our East Northants Adult Social Care Team as a Business Support Officer (BSO). This is a vital role that provides key administrative support to a busy and dynamic team delivering essential services within the community.
About the Role
As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the team. You will be the primary administrative support within the team and will play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and organisation. In return, you will benefit from a strong network of Business Support Officers across other teams who work collaboratively and offer mutual support.
Key Responsibilities
Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriately
Inputting and maintaining accurate data in internal databases
Managing and updating a shared inbox
Taking minutes during meetings and distributing documentation accordingly
