You will handle Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims and determine eligibility, while requesting documentation and ensuring correct entitlements.
You will manage claims processing, maintain accurate records, respond to customer queries, identify false claims, issue invoices and recover overpayments, overseeing casework from enquiry to award.
