Are you passionate about cars and curious about how they work? Are you ready to break into a new, exciting career? We are offering the opportunity to break into the automotive industry, gain experience and build a rewarding career through our Mechanics Apprenticeship Programme.
We are one of the leading auto repair garages in Hertfordshire and we have over 70 years of combined experience. All of our mechanics remain regularly trained to keep up to date with the latest technology and we house state of the art equipment to ensure the best service for any job. We pride ourselves on quality and our honest outlook has seen our customer base grow rapidly over the past 30 years.
You will be employed full-time in a garage and attend college one day each week on our Level 2 motor vehicle programme with progression to Level 3 on completion. This course will provide:
- Hands‑on mechanical skills through practical training
- A welcoming and supportive learning environment
- One‑on‑one mentorship & guidance from experienced industry professionals
Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to build on existing knowledge, this programme has been created to help you thrive.
Following the completion of your Intermediate Apprenticeship (18 months), we recommend that you continue onto an advanced apprenticeship (12 months) to become a fully qualified Light Vehicle Technician. There are then a number of opportunities for progression within the Motor Industry, including (but not limited to):
- MOT Tester
- Senior Technician
- Workshop Manager
