We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Sixth Form Manager and Pastoral Lead to manage the IRC and our cohort of Sixth Form students by ensuring that all students remain on track for their learning, that any barriers to learning are addressed, and that effective interventions are implemented. The role also involves supporting students' welfare and wellbeing.
A key aspect of this role is to facilitate the University Admissions process through UCAS and provide guidance to students through the Oxbridge application process. The successful candidate will share our commitment to an inclusive and broad curriculum for all, ensuring students are engaged, motivated, and take pride in their achievements.
