The predicted salary is between 37035 - 45265 £ per year.
- Within the Social Worker role your work will include but is not limited to:
- Supporting children and families within both public and private law proceedings.
- Supporting children and families through Children in Care statutory planning, Child Protection planning and Child in Need planning.
- Undertaking assessments inclusive of re-unification assessments, Placement with Parents planning, Special Guardianship Order assessments and Children Services Assessments.
- Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team including police, health, SEND and adult social care.
- Advocating for children and young people to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
- Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to support reflective practice and professional growth.

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic social worker for a full-time post within the Courts Team.
We are looking for someone who is able to work as part of a team and with autonomy. A person experienced working within the court and safeguarding arena would be desirable.
